Our biodegradable fuel additive was registered with the United States Environment Protection Agency (US EPA). FuelMax™ additive was developed as a multipurpose bio additive to increase the gross calorific value of fuel by up to 20%, improve efficiency by up to 25% or more, reduce sulphur by up to 50%, reduce emissions by up to 90% at source, improve viscosity by up to 20%, improve octane by 2 numbers or more, improve cetane, increase flash point by up to 25%, reduce pour point, reduce ash by up to 90% and reduce fatty acid by up to 70% among other benefits. 2009 CoalMax™
We initiated and went on to develop a biodegradable coal additive for the coal fired power plants. The coal additive was primarily developed to increase the calorific value of all types of coal as well as reducing toxic emissions. CoalMax™ additive developed to increase the gross calorific value of coal by up to 55%, reduce moisture by 70% or more, reduce emissions by up to 90% at source, reduce sulphur by 30% or more, reduce ash, increase volatile matter by up to 55%, reduce fixed carbon by 20% or more, reduce chlorine by up to 80% or more, reduce vanadium by up to 70%, reduce evolution of black smoke, reduce dust from power plants and help burn coal slower and hotter. 2011 BunkerMax™
We felt and saw the need and the potential for developing a biodegradable additive for the maritime industry particularly for ships that were using Heavy Fuel Oil or commonly known as Bunker Fuel. These large vessels were consuming and burning extremely large quantity of fuel and discharging tremendous amount of toxic emission into the environment. We developed BunkerMax™ additive to increase the gross calorific value of bunker fuel by up to 30%, improve efficiency by up to 20%, reduce sulphur by up to 70%, reduce vanadium by up to 50% and reduce emissions by up to 60% at source. Non Chemical Corrosion Inhibitor for diesel in refinery processing introduced specifically for client to get ahead of the competition. HibMax™ developed for its ability to retard and inhibit corrosion due to its composition and size of its molecules, its aromatic chain length as well as its strength and ability of bonding. It is still amazing that the anti-corrosion efficiency of our green corrosion inhibitor is equal to or even more effective than synthetic inhibitors and more cost effective, healthier and safer.
2017 PhloMax™
Non Chemical Anti Pour Point Depressant developed due to popular demand for diesel and heating oil in refinery processing or standalone in order to help fuel stay liquid and flow better in extreme cold conditions. With a natural standalone pour point of minus 30ºC, PhloMax™ becomes the obvious choice.
2017 RonMax™
Non Chemical Octane Enhancer developed for refinery industry. RonMax™ is a green technology Octane Enhancer that increases octane rating/number of low quality fuels. All unstable low grade fuel will auto-ignite before the spark and this pre-ignition causes the engine to knock and loses power which will eventually causes engine damage. RonMax™ can raise octane rating by up to 50 points or 5 numbers and is also capable of removing deposits from fuel injectors and fuel lines. RonMax™ also acts as a fuel enhancing agent that optimizes fuel quality and then stabilizes and protects the fuel from deterioration which will give better mileage and performance.
